• Rubbish on floor not cleaned
• Not cleaned in any way, shape or form.

• Blue tack left smeared on walls
• Oven not cleaned
• Rubbish on floors not cleaned
• Various effects left in cupboards and drawers

• Airconditioning unit nailed to board and then nailed to window frame
• Window has blown shut and consequently broken
• A second airconditioner was placed in another window and Liquid Nails were used to fix it. In this case the lourvre windowers were removed and stored in the toilet.
• At least one air-conditioner ran the entire time anyone was home, in all weather and seasons. Beware to anyone sharing power, the power bills (on a seperate system) would have been substantial.

This gives an indication of why, when rent was not paid prior to Christmas, we asked Stephen and Laura to move out.

As they moved out so quickly (within several days!) and shipped their possesions to Cairns, it is assumed they were already planning to move out, and never had ANY intention of paying the final few week's rent.

In the final days, I asked them directly for the date they were moving out. They wouldn't tell me and then just vanished, only leaving the keys in the door and the toilet running which took us some days to discover.
